1. Main Performance Features of the System

 3. Power Module Parameters

 

The power module adopts a three-proof integrated power supply form, effectively preventing electric leakage, electric shock, and other safety incidents. It takes ground AC 220V generator as input, directly connects to the module, and outputs direct current voltage. In the working state, the system can automatically detect the power supply system and seamlessly switch to the backup battery.

- Input AC Voltage: 220V±10%, 3KW.
- Backup Battery: 6S1P 10000mAh, sustainable power supply for 15 minutes.

- The onboard power module uses imported chips for stable voltage conversion.

4. Cable Reel

 

- The onboard power module utilizes imported chips for stable voltage conversion.
- Winch Brake: The winch brake is a manual brake with two gears to stop the winch from retracting or releasing the cable.
- Manual Handle: In situations where external power is not available, the cable can be manually retracted or released. It can also be used in case of motor or clutch failure.
- Cable Guide Rail: The track on which the cable drum runs, and the cable drum is automatically reversed.
- Clutch: The transmission device between the motor and the screw.
- Photoelectric Slip Ring: The slip ring for connecting the ground photoelectric cable with the aerial unmanned aerial vehicle's photoelectric cable.
- Photoelectric Connector: The connector for docking the cable with the unmanned aerial vehicle.
- Cable Reel: The reel control unit.
- Winch Wheel Brake: Brakes the winch pulley, fixing the brake position.
- Power Switch: Switch for supplying power to the equipment.
- Remote Control Handle: Remote control for controlling the winch to retract or release the cable and engaging the clutch.
- Speed Control Lever: Adjusts the speed of retracting or releasing the cable.
- Clutch Switch: Switch for engaging the clutch.
- Power Indicator Light: Indicates when the equipment is powered.
- Cable Direction Indicator: Indicates the direction of cable retraction corresponding to the direction pushed by the speed control lever on the remote control handle.
